Martha and the editors of Martha Stewart Living magazine are searching for the rising stars in a new generation of small-business owners. Ten American Makers will be selected. Their work will share the quality, beauty, inspiration, possibility, and creativity embodied by Martha.
One American Maker will be selected and will be given the Audience Choice Award. The winner will be honored at the American Made event in New York City, will appear in Martha Stewart Living magazine, and will receive $10,000 to further his or her business.
The judges will determine what businesses make it to the next level but audience “votes” do not begin until September 7th.
If you have a minute NOW, please go to the SariBlue URL for this contest and leave a comment of support or encouragement for my shop, all the comments can help the judges to see how much support we have! I really hope to make it to the next round!

Meet Sari; She had been leading a creative life vicariously through others since childhood by means of ardent artistic admiration for culture, history, film, art, music and fashion while working in a world of international high-tech. Finally in the early spring of 2011 something called out to her: the historic Nazar Boncugu (the Evil Eye Bead). This calling developed into SariBlue, where she has been setting her creativity free.
