SariBlue Policies


Our privacy policy is simple; we will not ever share your information with anyone.  We do on occasion post images of our customers to our site that you send to us wearing your SariBlue® pieces, but these pictures have been sent to us by you and you have given us permission to post, therefore we think we have that covered. However, in general, unless you are a business owner or a celebrity we do not publish your entire name, just your first name. We take your right to privacy and your personal safety very seriously, if you have questions please do not hesitate to reach out to us.


SariBlue® accepts PayPal in US dollars at this time. PayPal will accept major credit cards directly and you do not need to have a PayPal account, and it is super simple. If you are making a purchase on our Etsy shop, we now accept credit cards directly via Etsy as well as their shop credits.

If you change your mind prior to payment please contact Customer Support so the order can be cancelled, otherwise this will impact our ability to conduct business.


Most orders will ship within three (3) business days. We do not normally ship over the weekend but make every effort to get items out to the post on Saturday mornings. We are based near Boston, MA, USA and our shipping timing and business hours are based on US Eastern Time zone (GMT-5).

Expedited Shipping

If you need your items quickly please let us know and we can arrange faster delivery. It is best to contact us prior to placing your order to ensure we can meet your timing expectations.

Expedited Shipping charges will be determined based on timing needs and your location. Please make a note in the “notes to seller” field and we will reply with the additional shipping charges and then request additional charges to your PayPal account.

Gift Packaging

All items are shipped  in a lovely gift bag and safely packaged for transit. If your item is a gift, please let us know and we will be more than happy to include a personal note and extra special wrapping to reflect your sentiments.

US & Canadian Customers

All items shipped within the US and Canada are delivered via First Class US Mail (USPS) with tracking.

A confirmation email and tracking number will be sent to you via your Etsy contact information when the item leaves our shop.

*If you have had difficulty with the USPS in your area please contact me so we can work out an alternative method of delivery.

International Customers

International orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail. We can determine when the item has arrived internationally but have no insight into movement outside the US.

A confirmation email and tracking number will be sent to you via your Etsy contact information when the item leaves our shop. Please keep in mind that international delivery although it is priority can still encounter delays. At times delivery has taken up to two weeks during holidays and due to unanticipated customs/security delays.

Customs fees and/or Duties are taxes imposed on international purchases by your government; as such you are legally responsible for paying any customs fees or duties on your imported purchase. It is a US federal offense for me to falsify purchase amounts on customs forms.

Please keep in mind that customs fees vary greatly from country to country and fees are not applied until the item reaches the destination country. We are unable to predict what fees, if any, will be applied. Again, the sellers cannot be held responsible for unexpected customs fees or taxes.

Fees such as VAT, handling fees, customs charges are imposed after your purchase from your local government and not related to our shop or any lack of paid postage on our end. Paid postage through our shop simply ensures that your items will ship from the United States to your local address.

We strongly encourage all buyers to familiarize themselves with their country’s customs regulations before making international purchases.

If any issues arise after the shipment has left the United States, I will do my best to help solve the problem with you, however issues are often to be resolved directly with your local customs office; our tracking ability ends once the package leaves the United States.

Package Delayed, Lost or Damaged?

Unfortunately, SariBlue® is not responsible for any delays, losses or damages caused as a result of shipping. I have no control over the postal services and therefore, cannot guarantee arrival dates or give credit for delays in shipping. If your order does not arrive within 30 days, I can place a claim with USPS for a lost parcel. Under USPS regulations, this is the earliest I can file a claim. It can take an additional 30 days for the USPS to investigate.

Shipping Insurance

Insurance for your package is not automatically provided for damage. If you wish to insure your package for damage during shipping please make mention of this during check-out and I can send a direct invoice to your PayPal.

Check Your Address

Please be very careful when entering your mailing address into the address fields. Your mailing address in the shop check out and PayPal should match. We will mail your package to the address provided through Etsy, however if the address does not match your PayPal account this means your purchase is not a verified purchase or address.

It is your responsibility to ensure the ship to address that appears is confirmed and accurate. Please review the “Ship to” field carefully during check out.

Refunds and Exchanges

Thank you, teşekkürler, grazie for your purchase. We hope you thoroughly enjoy your SariBlue® item. Please remember each item was lovingly handmade with carefully chosen beads, leather and high quality components.

Our Handmade Glass and Beaded Items

Each handmade bead is unique which makes each SariBlue® piece of jewelry unique. The patterns are matched to the photos on our shop, slight variations from the image are considered normal.

We also reserve the right to use creative choice in completing your custom design. For example, if we no longer have access to the exact materials used to create the listing we will use similar materials to complete the design. In most cases it is the very same material, but there are occasions when certain materials are no longer available. If you have questions about your order we are happy to discuss any details.

Please be kind to your handmade glass beads. These are delicate pieces of jewelry and even though they are terrific for normal daily wear, they are not made to be worn for high impact activities. Please remember that the beads are real glass and if dropped on a hard surface they can crack and/or shatter. We do not provide free replacement beads, however we can definitely work with you to repair your jewelry for a reasonable fee.

If you are not pleased with your purchase we will happily replace it within 7 days of receipt.


Please kindly contact us via email so we can plan for your replacement. You will need to return the original item to us.

Please take care in how you ship the item. The item should be returned to us as it was shipped to you: in a sturdy package to protect it, via a reliable method, with Delivery Confirmation and in its original condition. I would recommend insurance for the cost of your purchase as we cannot be responsible if the item is lost or damaged during the return.

Original shipping cost is not eligible for refunds; therefore you will need to pay for the replacement item shipment cost. You can send the amount with your return or we can invoice you via PayPal when the item is ready to leave the shop. Please let us know which you prefer.

Our Sizing Policy for Leather Bracelets

Taking an accurate wrist measurement is very important with leather bracelets and cuffs. We want you to have a great bracelet that fits well and is comfortable. Getting an accurate wrist measurement is easy when you follow our instructions.

The best way to measure your wrist is with a fabric tape measure, if you do not have one please use a piece of string or masking tape and a ruler.

The measurement should be taken at the smallest part of the wrist between the hand and wrist bone. You will need to wrap the string around your wrist and measure it. After you measure it, cut it to the length you measured. Please take the string and double check the length to make sure it is a perfect fit and not loose, nor overly tight. If it is loose or overlaps, cut again and double check the measurement on the ruler. Use this measurement and send it to me in the notes to seller. This measurement is the basis for your custom made leather bracelet.

Bracelets will not be shipped without a wrist measurement.

We make each bracelet as it is ordered. If you send us inaccurate measurements, the bracelet materials will be wasted.

If you make an error and order the wrong size for yourself or a loved one as a gift, there is a $25.00 restocking fee for exchange of all leather bracelets. This fee includes shipping of the new bracelet to you; however you need to pay to ship the original bracelet back to us.

If you are not pleased with the item for any reason we are happy to exchange it for another item. Our leather bracelets are exchangeable for a restocking fee of $25. This fee includes shipping of the new bracelet to you; however you need to pay to ship the original bracelet back to us.


I will accept returns for product refund if the product is defective and I am notified within 48 hours of receipt of the product. You must notify me in advance of your return and we will work out the details. I must receive the product back within 10 days of our discussion if you are to receive a refund. Any product shipped without an advanced email discussion is not eligible for exchange or refund.

If anything breaks due to craftsmanship I will repair or replace at no charge within one (1) month of receipt. I will repair (if possible) for a small fee and shipping or replace for 50% of the original price paid for three (3) months from purchase. Defects do not include glass beads breaking or beads “imperfection”, remember the beauty of handmade beads is they are all unique.

Elastic/Stretch Bracelets: I am happy to replace the elastic in our stretch bracelets free of charge regardless of the reason for breakage. Please do send an email so I can anticipate your item being sent. You will need to pay for return shipping.

Additional Policies and FAQs:

I adore custom design work and am very happy to create something for you. If you like the SariBlue® style and have something specific in mind please contact me. I will be delighted to work on a color pattern, size or design just for you. I require a $25 non-refundable deposit that will be applied toward the cost of the piece we come up with. Custom work is not exchangeable.

I have made group designs/gifts for: family members, teams, VIPs, and employees. We can design gift sets based on colors or meanings behind the Evil Eye that best suit the occasion.
